SHIPPING & RETURNS
All pieces are made by hand. Antique and vintage materials are often incorporated. Slight imperfections and variations in color, shape, texture or size are a natural part of the process and intrinsic to the allure of the work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange. Please note, there are no returns on made to order pieces or sale items. We are a small business and keeping inventory low is essential.
All returns must be pre-approved by Samantha Verrone Textiles. To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Form BEFORE you mail the item. The item must be in its original condition and postmarked within 5 business days of receiving it. Please include a copy of the Return Form with the merchandise. Items without a Return Form cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend that you insure all return packages in case of loss or damage. Samantha Verrone Textiles is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping. We do not credit original or return shipping costs. Once we receive the merchandise, the exchange will be processed within 3 business days and you will receive an email confirming the item you have requested in exchange.
